What You Can Expect When We Work Together

I’m not going to bullshit you.

The internet is full of promises and polished perfection but what I offer is real work, real relationship, and real results that unfold in rhythm, not rush. Here’s my promise when you step into this work with me:

✅ Honesty & integrity. I’ll be straight with you. I won’t pretend to have all the answers, but I’ll bring everything I’ve got; skill, intuition and lived experience, to our work together. I’m likely to swear, and I’ll always tell you the truth.

✅ Safety & autonomy. We work within a trauma-informed, polyvagal and relational framework. You’ll always have choice in how we move, what we explore, and at what pace. Nothing happens to you. Everything happens with you.

✅ Equality & respect. You are the expert on your life. My role is to walk beside you, not above you. I’ll listen deeply, challenge you kindly, and celebrate every tiny victory along the way.

✅ Holistic support. I see the whole of you; body, mind, emotion and soul. We might work with rhythm, nature, or somatic awareness as easily as with words and stories.

✅ Professional reliability. I’ll be organised, on time and prepared.

✅ Transparency. Prices, structure and boundaries are clear and fair. No hidden costs, no bullshit. Just the work we agree to do together.

✅ Ongoing care. If you commit to the 1:1 program, you’ll always have a place in my calendar. When our initial sessions finish, we’ll find the right rhythm for continued support if you want it.

What I Ask of You

  • Bring yourself fully - Show up curious, imperfect, and real.

  • Tell me what’s not working - If you have concerns, raise them early. We can only heal what we name.

  • Respect our time - If you need to reschedule, do it with more than 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session is forfeited.

  • Let your body lead - Cry, eat, move, stretch, walk… however you need to be.

  • Stay in touch - Between sessions, a short message on Signal or SMS is perfect if something arises.

When we both honour the process, the work becomes alchemy.

    We begin from wherever you are, not where you think you should be.

  • Both, and neither. It’s about wholeness; where psyche, body and spirit all belong. We might talk, move, create ritual, or simply sit with what’s real.

    It’s not about dogma; it’s about remembering yourself.

  • Yes. In fact, those are often the exact people who feel most at home here. Our work is grounded in nervous system safety, rhythm, and curiosity; no masking, no performance required.

  • That’s okay. You don’t have to overhaul your life overnight. Change here is cyclical and sustainable. More like breathing than leaping.

    We start with awareness and move gently from there.
