Sessions to support you in client work

I understand how heavy this work can feel; holding trauma, grief, anxiety and disempowerment for others while trying to stay resourced yourself.

I promise supervision with me will not just meet professional requirements, it will give you a supportive, reflective space to:

  • Process the real challenges of practice

  • Strengthen your clinical capacity

  • Stay connected to your values and ethics

  • Feel grounded and supported as a human, not just as a practitioner

Why Choose Supervision With Me...

Rooted in deep frameworks.

Psychodynamic, relational, somatic and process-oriented lenses guide our shared inquiry.

Trauma-informed & affirming.

Practice that honours nervous system needs and holds integrity within neurodivergent ways of knowing.

Grounded in feminist depth.

Supervision informed by ecological, feminist and Self Psychology perspectives.

Experience across contexts.

25+ years of therapeutic, facilitation, education and group leadership across diverse settings within the helping professions.

Collaborative and real.

Bring the hard stuff; boundaries, grief, ethical edges. We’ll meet it with care, rigour and respect.

Imagine Supervision where you...

  • Feel genuinely supported and understood, not judged

  • Can safely explore countertransference, boundaries and client dynamics

  • Build your responsiveness to difference

  • Deepen your confidence in human connection, whether with therapy clients, circle participants or health/wellbeing clients

  • Leave not only with clarity for your cases, but also more grounded, resourced and connected to why you do this work

For therapists, Supervision is a requirement in order to hold the checks and balances necessary for high quality, ethical work.

I extend the offering of Supervision and Mentorship to all Allied Health and Women’s Mysteries workers to ensure depth of safe holding across all helping professions.

Supervision is your chance to become the practitioner you most want to be.

Supervision isn’t just a box to tick

Too often, therapists and facilitators experience supervision that feels:

  • More evaluative than supportive

  • Focused only on compliance, not real growth

  • Disconnected from inclusive and safe-enough perspectives

  • Detached from the realities of holding people in depth, group or circle contexts

You want supervision that understands the weight of the work, honours your clinical responsibility and also helps you feel resourced as a practitioner.

Supervision with me is for practitioners who:

  • Care deeply about their clients and want to keep developing professional skill in working with people.

  • Know that good supervision is about more than compliance. It’s about real support.

  • Value integrity, safety and inclusivity in their work

  • Want a supervisor who understands both clinical frameworks and the subtleties of group and circle facilitation

What women say...

“We wanted to step in and create our own form of gathering in which Hollie offered supportive guidance. There was no gatekeeping. Hollie welcomed us with open arms. She encouraged us to actualise the many different facets and aspects of our event crafting. Along the way she met with us, during planning, production, event and post gathering reflective phases. Assisting us to approach facilitators, checking the messaging of our marketing and event correspondence. She guided us through the sculpting of event structures and how to create a full weekend journey. To be supported, uplifted and acknowledged by an Elder - who so expertly does this in her own practice - was phenomenal. We had the ultimate resource in Hollie; we were better event organisers and facilitators because of her expertise. This is the definition of the voice of wisdom and we are so grateful for the mentorship that Hollie offered us on this journey.”

More of what women say...

“I really appreciate the way Hollie creates a brave space to explore ethical, trauma informed and intentional counselling practice. Being part of a small and supportively held supervision group has been key in fostering my growth and capacity for critical reflection. Her collaborative approach has boosted my confidence and encouraged me to continuously extend myself professionally.”

~ Monica, Sacred Wild Counselling

“Hollie provides a supervision space which invites me to show up as I am and to explore what it is that makes my counselling work purposeful and powerful. Hollie pulls together threads of self and practice in a way that both supports and challenges my growth. The supervision container invites deep self reflection and a collaborative way to gain insight to client work. I am deeply grateful for supervision with Hollie and would highly recommend her to any practitioners wanting a space to learn about themselves, their clients and their craft.”

~ Kate Mungoven Counselling

Say goodbye to:

❌ Supervision that feels like a tick-box exercise

❌ Sessions where you leave with more questions than clarity

❌ Supervisors who don’t understand trauma-informed or neurodivergent-affirming practice

❌ Spaces where you can’t safely bring your doubts, fears or mistakes

❌ Feeling like you have to manage the weight of your work all alone

And instead:

✅ Be held in a reflective, non-judgemental space where your practice and your humanity are both valued

✅ Leave sessions with clear insights, practical tools and new confidence for your client work

✅ Build your trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming capacity so your practice is safer and stronger

✅ Explore complex cases, boundaries and transference with a supervisor who understands the therapeutic alliance

✅ Feel resourced and grounded, so you can keep showing up for your clients and circles with integrity

Supervision with me is never about scrutiny or ticking boxes. It’s about support.

You’ll have a trusted place to bring what’s real: the stuckness, the doubts, the ethical edges, the emotional weight.

You’ll be met with collegial respect, not hierarchy. You won’t be alone in the work anymore.

And over time, your practice will deepen with more integrity, more clarity and a greater sense of belonging in the field you serve.

Meet Your Mentor

I’m Hollie Wildëthorn; psychotherapist, circle holder, ritualist, and rhythm weaver. For over 25 years, I’ve been supporting women to reconnect with themselves in ways that are deep, real and sustainable.

For decades I’ve carried a concern about ethics and safe holding. Growing up around circles and spiritual work, I witnessed the fallout when spaces weren’t trauma-informed… people leaving more broken than when they arrived, crises mishandled, facilitators leading from unhealed wounds. Now, as a psychotherapist, I see the same in clinical work: clients arriving with harm from previous circles, retreats or even therapy itself.

After years of frustration at this “wild west” approach, I committed to creating a framework that grounds practitioners in safe, ethical and relational practice. My supervision work is shaped by Self Psychology; a depth framework centred on genuine being-with: listening deeply, honouring the client’s experience and holding transformation without imposing quick fixes.

This is what I bring to my supervisees: understanding the subtleties of presence and absence, confidence with complex dynamics and evidence-based practices that keep both practitioner and client safe. Supervision, for me, weaves ethics, relational depth and the lived reality of this work.

More of what women say...

“Hollie’s mentorship has been invaluable. Her guidance has helped us create strong foundations from the early stages of planning through to the event itself and into the post-event reflections. Her abundance of knowledge ensured our gathering was culturally respectful, trauma-aware and deeply supported. I deeply value her ability to be both direct and respectful, offering honest feedback when something could be improved, while also honouring our creative direction when we chose a different path. Her presence also carried through after the event, helping us craft a meaningful post-event debrief for the committee.
We are so grateful for Hollie’s wisdom, compassion and grounded leadership.”

~ Symantha, Alchemising Inner Beauty

“Hollie is the first port of call I have for women's mysteries training. I value inclusively, accessibility, trauma informed, decolonising, ethical spaces, as well as rigorous and well based content. Hollie provides this and so much more. Her experience has led to her being an originator/philosophical leader in ethical eco feminist spirituality. Her content is generous and profound in its depth and breath. It is underpinned by thorough and scrupulous psychotherapy theory and practise. She absolutely lives her teachings in a unique and inspiring way. ”
