Meet Your Guide
I’m Hollie Wildëthorn; psychotherapist, circle holder, ritualist and rhythm weaver. For more than 25 years I’ve held women’s circles, retreats and ritual spaces. In my clinical work as a PACFA-registered counsellor, I see people who are the outcome of what happens when those spaces aren’t held with professional skill.
I receive emails from women who’ve left circles unsettled or unsafe. In my therapy room, I witness the fallout of blurred boundaries, mishandled altered states and facilitators without an ethical framework. Most of these facilitators were well-intentioned but without robust training. The result was wounding, not healing
After decades of carrying this concern, I knew it was time to create a different path. You don’t need to have facilitated before. Many women come in with only their personal experience of being in circle. If you’ve felt the call to lead, this program will give you the framework, skills, and support to do it well.

Wonderful! This training will help you deepen and professionalise your practice. You’ll learn to lead with stronger boundaries, trauma-awareness and an ethical code of conduct so your circles can be safe, inclusive and sustainable.

The program runs over 6 months. You’ll have one live teaching/mentorship call each month, along with resources and practices to integrate between sessions. Supervision requires a short written case reflection every three months if you are on the certification pathway.

Certification is not automatic. To use the In the Red Tent badge, you’ll need to:
Attend the 6-month training
Submit case papers every 3 months to demonstrate competency
Commit to ongoing supervision if you want to continue using the badge
This ensures that certification means something and reflects robust, ethical practice.

Live Calls are held once a month on a Thursday morning 9am-11am AEST/AEDT.

All core teachings are recorded and you’ll have access to the materials in the portal. Live supervision and mentorship are best experienced in real time, but you’ll never be left behind.
For those seeking certification : If you miss more than 2 Live Calls within the 6-month training period, you will expected to arrange a 1:1 with Hollie (at your cost $180) to catch up and recover your supervision hours.
