Why this Program?

Women’s Circles are powerful. They can heal, connect and transform.

But without skill and care, they can also harm.

In the Red Tent gives you the structure, skills and support to hold women’s spaces with integrity and confidence. Over 6 months you’ll learn how to:

꩜ Apply trauma-responsive, neurodiversity-affirming practice within a clear ethical standard.

꩜ Work with herstory responsibly; critical, de-romanticised and anti-oppressive.

꩜ Develop practical circle skills; Open, hold and close circles with clear boundaries, safe altered-state practice and emotional containment.

꩜ Build your work as a sustainable element of a business, with money, marketing and reach.

This is not just training. You’ll be mentored and supervised as you step into facilitation, so you never have to do this work alone.

Why Bring Rhythm Back Into Your Life...

Open, Hold, and Close with Confidence

Learn the art of facilitation from beginning to end; holding ritual space that feels clear, strong and safe-enough for every woman who enters.

Trauma-Responsive, Neuro-Affirming Practice

Step forward with a grounded framework: protocols, language and approaches honouring difference, support regulation and centre dignity.

Supported Every Step of the Way

You’ll receive guidance, real-time support and ongoing mentorship so you’re never left floundering or figuring it out alone.

Circles and events That Sustain You

This isn’t just soul work. You’ll build a viable offering with practical business foundations, aligned marketing and clarity on who you serve and why.

Become the Facilitator You’re Here to Be

This work shapes you as much as you shape it. Walk away with more than skills; walk away with presence, power and deep integrity.

This Program Is For Women Who...

꩜ Have sat in Circle and now feel ready to step into facilitation.

꩜ Want to lead women’s mysteries with professionalism and care.

꩜ Want guided support and real feedback, not just a certificate.

꩜ Value ethics and trauma-awareness as much as ritual and magick.

꩜ Are committed to decolonising their practice and holding spaces that are safe-enough and deeply real.

This isn’t a tick-the-box training.

It’s a living mentorship that will transform how you hold space for others, and for yourself.

The Shadow Side of Circle

Women’s circles are rising everywhere. And that’s beautiful.

But too often, they’re led without training in trauma-awareness, inclusivity or ethical boundaries. That can look like:

✨ Spaces where people feel unseen, or unsafe.

✨ Facilitators overstepping, or collapsing under the weight of what they’re holding.

✨ Leadership treated like a hobby instead of a profession.

You may have felt this yourself; sitting in a space that unsettled you, or watching a circle fall apart when it should have healed.

Circle is medicine. But medicine in the wrong hands can wound.

In the Red Tent exists to change that by equipping women to lead with depth, integrity and power.

What You Will Receive

In the Red Tent is a 6-month training and mentorship that prepares you to lead women’s mysteries circles with confidence, ethics and depth.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Practical Facilitation Skills: how to open and close circles, set boundaries, guide altered states and create safe-enough space.

  • Professional Standards & Code of Conduct: an ethical framework for women’s circle facilitators, grounded in good practice guidelines.

  • Herstory & Decolonisation: understanding the roots of circle and how to hold spaces that are inclusive and anti-oppressive.

What women say...

“Having had experience in various women's spaces, I  value Hollie’s attention to inclusively, accessibility, trauma informed/decolonising/ethical spaces, as well as rigorous and well based content.  Hollie’s experience in the multiplicity of women's spaces and deep learning and embodying is seen in the generous and profound sharing of content. The reclaiming of ancient wisdom and making it applicable to this time and place is unique. Hollie is not just teaching from these traditions but bringing them together In a unique way that honours women, their life experience, cycles, minds and bodies…

…Her unique modality is ethical, inclusive and life changing. She is scrupulously values based. As I learn to lead others in this work i want to know I will be holding space in the best way to firstly not do harm, then secondly, best walk along side people in their own path of transformation. I know with Hollie’s offerings I get this. Hard recommend. 🥰.”

What women say...

“Leadership can often be considered a masculine skill and so it was beyond refreshing when, as women who had experienced their first women’s festival, we wanted to take a stake in the organisers space. Hollie thoroughly encouraged us to step into our vision. She aided in the development of an event mission statement to ensure we had a  clear statement that would reach who we were hoping to welcome into this event. We were inspired from Hollie’s practice. To be welcomed, to be guided, to be advised, to be supported and to be acknowledged in our planning was phenomenal. We were better event organisers and better facilitators because of her expert, experienced guidance…

…I did not find the anticipated masculine competition as we moved together in this space. instead I found the font of feminine wisdom and the art of shared experience. But it’s not that there is no masculine; there’s actually a strong element in event crafting. A decisiveness, a directness to organisational practice, a sense of system and planning, attention to boundaries and others… It isn’t all free flow and ease. Hollie balances both these worlds so well and guides us to do it better, knowing what parts we can leave behind and step into the invitational, sharing spaces we want to craft; with just the right amount of system and strength for success.”
