Begin again under the dark sky
The New Moon is a time of pause — the sky is dark, the soil is rich, and possibility stirs quietly beneath the surface. It’s the perfect moment to come home to yourself and begin again.
This month, I’m offering a free online Circle so you can experience the power of rhythm and community for yourself.

About the Creator
I’m Hollie Wildëthorn; psychotherapist, ritualist, and rhythm guide at the Institute for Self Crafting.
For over two decades I’ve been walking with women through the thresholds of life: in therapy rooms, in wild places on the land, and in Circles where the sacred is remembered.
I created A Rhythm of Her Own because so many of us feel caught in the rush of modern life — always striving, rarely arriving. What I’ve learned is that true change doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from returning to rhythm.
Moon Circles are one of the ways I guide this return. The Moon gives us a living map — waxing, waning, dark, and bright. Each phase invites us into a different way of being: a chance to pause, to vision, to bloom, to harvest, to rest. When we gather under the Moon, we remember we are not machines, but cyclical beings.
This is not just information — it’s an invitation to belong.
What women say…
It takes a special kind of magic to make an online gathering feel so warm, and Hollie has that in spades. It truly felt like stepping (hesitantly at first) into a circle of open arms and open hearts... and so, I melted a little. The Circle was one of the most empowering, accessible, and real circles that I’ve ever been part of.

I valued the space provided and the heartfelt energy Hollie gave during the Circle, it was very healing to just 'be' and to share with support and no judgement. ♡🙏♡

Hollie you are an extremely, safe and comforting facilitator. I loved my circle experience and am certainly planning on attending again and more of your offerings in the future.

📷 A note on imagery: The photographs on this page were created during a planned branding shoot with Julia Meon Photography. We are committed to vital representation, while also honouring the privacy and protection of our real ceremonial spaces. These moments are intentionally posed to reflect the feeling and texture of Self Crafting work, without intruding on the sacredness of live circles. Deep thanks to the wildflower women who showed up and lent their sparkle to this epic creation day.
