What women say…
“Shapeshifting is the most beautiful invitation to go on a journey to remember all the parts of yourself. hollie's way of weaving together myth, archetypes, somatic experiencing and psychology, is powerful for me in ways I cannot explain. This book meets you where you are everytime you pick it up. It calls you home. It gathers you up in a warm embrace, while gently tugging at the loose threads in your life that you might have noticed, or might have been ignoring. This is deep work but through this book you never feel alone.”
~ Helaine
This is a way to dive deeper into the rhythm work that is also very psychologically. transformative. It’s unique in its centering of women's experience and bodies but moving it away from focusing solely on blood rites/birth.”
